Do you need to give out any personal information in the process?

No - we will ask you about

• a name (it can be fannish, your username or your real name - whatever you prefer),

• an email address we can contact you on,

• later in the process for your AO3 handle (if you don’t have an account, we can send an invitation for you),

• whether you are over 18 years old. 

Can you participate even if you are under 18 years old?

Sure you can, we’d be delighted to have you. You however can’t offer (or bid on) explicit works. 

Do you need to have an account on X social media to participate?

You’ll need an AO3 account - that’s how we will keep track of the finished works. A bit later we’ll bring you guides, FAQs and if necessary, invitations. 

Can you offer traditional art? 

You can, but only if you are able to digitalize it in at least 300dpi. The auction right now is not prepared to support shipping, so you’ll need to send a digital version even if you are a traditional artist. 

In what languages can you participate with? 

If this is a bilingual event, we help with translation?

Yes, we do. Creators will be able to opt in or out of this in the sign-up form, but if, for example, someone would like to bid on an English-only creator’s artwork but they only speak Hungarian, one of the mods will be happy to help out during the process. 

Can you modify your offer(s) after you sent it in?

You can’t modify the form after sending it in, but if anything comes up (or if you have any questions at any time), you can reach out to us and we’ll modify the relevant parts/find a solution! 

Which organisations does the auction support? 

We’ll (soon!) bring you a list of Hungarian LGBTQ and LGBTQ-friendly human rights and education-oriented organisations - all donations will go directly from the bidders to one of these.

If you are not sure you can start creating right in October / you have other time-related concerns:

We know the world is still pretty chaotic, even compared to its usual standards. All we ask is that you do your very best to keep yourself to the hard deadline (30th of March, 2023) and that you keep in contact with your bidder. You don’t need to start creating right away and you can feel free to pace yourself during the creation period as you see fit. As with anything else, if you have a concern about a deadline at any point during the auction, you can reach out to us and we’ll help you find a solution.

A Just Like Budapest aukció július 30-án 00:00-kor (UTC szerint - ez Magyarországon 01:00) megnyitja az alkotói jelentkezéseket. (A teljes idővonalat itt megtalálod.) Itt van egy kis előzetes infó arról, hogy mire számíthattok! 

Mit ajánlhatsz? 

Ajánlhatsz

• írást,

• képzőművészeti alkotást (bármilyen digitálisan kézbesíthető alkotást, többek között festményt, gif-eket, manipet, moodboardot, stb),

• videót,

• podficet,

• fan labort (bétázás, kultúra-alapú bétázás, fordítás, stb).

Kérünk, hogy csak a jelentkezési lap rád vonatkozó részeit töltsd ki. 

Hány ajánlatot tehet egy alkotó? 

Maximum három munkát ajánlhatsz. Nem kell, hogy azonos típusúak legyenek - ajánlhatsz egy írást, egy bétázást és egy festményt - de minden ajánlathoz külön ki kell töltened a jelentkezési lapot akkor is, ha az ajánlataid egyformák.

Pontosan melyik fandomokkal jelentkezhetsz? Csak a Fekete Özvegy filmmel?

Bármely rajogói munkát a Fekete Özvegyről és az ő különböző megjelenéseiről - legyen az az MCU-ban, a képregényekben vagy a rajzfilmekben -, valamint a történetéhez kapcsolódó karakterekről.

Módosíthatod az ajánlatodat/ajánlataidat leadás után?

Az űrlapot nem tudod leadás után szerkeszteni, de ha bármi felmerül (vagy ha bármikor kérdésed van), fel tudod venni velünk a kapcsolatot és mi módosítjuk a kérdéses részt/segítünk megoldást találni!  

Melyik szervezeteket támogatja az aukció? 

Hamarosan hozunk nektek egy listát magyar LMBTQ és LMBTQ-barát emberjogi és oktatás-orientált szervezetekről - az összes adomány egyenesen ezen szervezetek egyikének megy a licitek nyerteseitől. 

Ha nem vagy benne biztos, hogy rögtön októberben el tudsz kezdeni alkotni / más, idővel kapcsolatos aggodalmaid vannak: 

Tudjuk, hogy a világ még mindig elég kaotikus, még a szokásoshoz képest is. Annyit kérünk, hogy tegyél meg mindent, hogy elkészülj a végleges határidőre (2023. március 30.) és hogy tartsd a kapcsolatot a nyerteseddel. Nem kell, hogy azonnal elkezdj dolgozni - nyugodtan beoszthatod magadnak az alkotási időszakot, ahogy a legjobbnak látod. Ahogy minden mással is, ha kérdésed van egy határidőről az aukció bármely pontján, felveheted velünk a kapcsolatot és együtt találunk megoldást.
